Minds&More adds 3 partners due to strong market demand

Since May 2010, Minds&More has tripled its revenues, expanded its network to 30 seasoned professionals and helped more than 25 companies on challenges relating to marketing and sales related growth. To sustain its own growth in 2012 and ensure high quality client services, Minds&More is adding three new partners to its current management team: Pascale Hall, Myriam Vangenechten and Hamish Madan.

Who are the new partners?

Pascale Hall is an accomplished, successful, European sales expert with 20 years sales and sales leadership experience. Before joining Minds&More Pascale held sales managerial positions and was a Global Account Manager. She worked as a freelance consultant and trainer for Mercuri International. Pascale is a certified coach and is delivering core programs from Animated Enterprises, Myers Briggs and Interstrength. Pascale is also certified in delivering the Miller Heiman and MathMarketing methodologies. She is following a Master degree in change and innovation.

Myriam Vangenechten is a talented and successful marketing professional with 25 years experience and held managerial positions in bank-insurance at Equity & Law, Axa, CB Direct /Achmea and at Electrabel. She offers legion strategic and operational know how and expertise to small, medium and large sized businesses which are in need of strategic guidance. She has working experience in BtoB, BtoC and Channel marketing, sales and communication. She helps companies to create alignment between marketing and sales. Myriam is certified in delivering Funnel AcademyTM, Funnel CampTM and Funnel PlanTM.

Hamish Madan has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing and has held a number of executive positions including Senior Manager at SONY, Marketing Director at WABCO & Vice President Sales and Marketing at Recall. Within a global arena, Hamish’s responsibilities have included marketing strategy and implementation, management of global key account teams, talent development, skills development, marketing and sales planning. Hamish is also certified in delivering Funnel AcademyTM, Funnel CampTM and Funnel PlanTM.
