Thomas Donck joined Minds&More as Partner after a successful career at Deloitte Consulting. He has over 13 years of experience in various national and international consulting assignments in the domains of sales, marketing transformation, pricing and profitability management.
He has helped many clients by conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to advise them in their sales, marketing and pricing transformation journey and, supported them in the effective implementation (incl. processes and tools) and the monitoring of the impact.
Over the years he also developed quite some experience in ensuring the necessary alignment between front office functions (like Sales and Marketing) and back office functions (like Finance, HR and IT) to enable the transformation.
His expertise includes sales transformation, strategic pricing, customer insights, value selling and analytics in sectors as manufacturing, consumer business and the services industry. Within Minds&More he will further develop business in mid-sized companies (focus on Flanders) and act as liaison to develop collaboration models between Minds&More and Private Equity/Corporate Finance players.
Thomas was one of the leading members of the European Pricing Center of Excellence at Deloitte and was regularly invited as guest speaker on Sales, Marketing or Pricing Conferences (eg. PPS, EPP, Copperberg). In 2010, for a period of 10 months he was seconded to the World Economic Forum (Davos) to prepare and drive the workshops on Customer Engagement with business leaders and policy influencers.
Thomas holds a Master in Law (VUB), a Master in Economics & Corporate Governance (EMD) and he followed the Advanced Management Program at IMD (Lausanne).
