Consulting case:  long-term growth plans

Situation:

Parcels delivery player needed to renew its long-term strategy, needing revenue growth and facing increased competitive threats.

Approach:

Working with the management and marketing teams we reviewed available market information, trends, and mapped the company’s capabilities, and offering to the segments’ needs. We developed and prioritized 10 growth paths. For each developed path we created a business case and detailed go to market plans.

Impact:

Most compelling growth path was selected. Finalized go to market plans and helped to mobilize rest of organization to ensure focus in execution. Over the next 12 months company achieved 25% topline growth and contributions.
