Goedele Callaerts has a wide experience in HR soft skills; Recruitment & selection, Assessment & development centers, training and people management. Having worked in different industries & companies in various roles, it always came to the most important aspect: How to attract, develop and retain happy people whilst achieving the company goals. She started her career in tourism and evolved towards middle management roles. As senior consultant on HR topics, she has a solid background in international service companies, including start-ups and business development.  She strongly believes in a positive “can do” attitude and the will to succeed.
