Driven by an insatiable curiosity Jean-Luc has a broad professional experience in different sectors (Banking, IT, Telecom, Utilities, Electronic Publishing, Media, Automotive, Distribution…) in roles as General Manager, Marketing & Communication Manager and Business Development Manager.

Today Jean-Luc’s focus is on the integration of CRM solutions (operational & analytical), the related business processes management, the multichannel (with a strong focus on e- & m-channels), go-to-market strategies and project & change management with sound managerial and coaching needs. He also is “a happy consultant teaching his professional practices” in different Universities and Training Centers, where he coaches students’ memoranda regarding e.g. sustainable developments, social media (winner of the Stima Memorandum of the Year 2011), etc.
