Pascale is passionate about her role in supporting clients in the transformation of their sales organisations. With her strong communication and facilitation skills she is adept at helping companies apply sales methodologies and embedding them within organisation practices.
Pascale has been a senior Miller Heiman consultant for eight years and has worked with a wide range of internationally-based clients during this time. Prior to joining Miller Heiman, Pascale has held senior sales roles and operated across a range of disciplines such as account management, business development and indirect channel sales.
Pascale has worked at the highest levels with a variety of international clients across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, IT, telecommunications and defense and aerospace sectors. She has engaged successfully with leading industry names including Life Technologies.
She believes that sales performance is not exclusively the domain of the salesperson and she assists management teams in the development of strategy, organisation, process, skills, knowledge and attitude to improve sales team efficiency.
