Pieterjan Kempynck



Pieterjan has over 15 years’ experience in people, change management and capabilities development. Pieterjan has worked in various B2C and B2B environments driving positive change initiatives with cross-functional groups from sales to marketing to operations. He has worked across Europe in French, Dutch and English.

Pieterjan started his career at the global oil company, ChevronTexaco, overseeing retail communications and change throughout Northwest Europe and working in Brussels, Rotterdam and London. Later he worked at Deloitte, a Big4 consulting firm, as a Senior Manager leading the change management services within the Human Capital practice. He was also responsible for marketing activities of the consulting practice, and setting up marketing programmes for the entire Deloitte Belgium group. In 2007, Pieterjan joined The House of Marketing as a Director, serving clients as well as holding HR responsibilities for the firm.

Pieterjan is a trusted advisor in marketing strategy and operations, with deep skills in employer branding, internal marketing, talent management and employee mobilisation. As a master in Psychology, he is quick in understanding people and situations and is flexible and resourceful when solving problems. He’s an ‘idea’ person, whose enthusiasm often spreads to others.
