Thomas Donck is making the transition to Minds&More after a successful career as a Director at Deloitte Consulting. He brings more than thirteen years’ experience in marketing and sales consulting, specialising in product commercialisation, segmentation, price setting and business process optimisation (front and back office alignment).

Throughout his career he has worked for numerous local and international customers, with a focus in the services’ sector, industrial, construction and FMCG. During his time at Deloitte he was seconded in 2011 to the World Economic Forum, where, in collaboration with consumer business leaders and politicians, he worked on the topic of “Consumer Engagement”.

Mr. Donck has a Degree in Law and a Master’s in Economics. He has also followed an Advanced Management Program at the IMD Business School in Lausanne.

“Thomas’ arrival is important in helping us realise our vision and increasing our growth rate. Among other things, he will be responsible for accelerating development with mid-size companies in East and West Flanders. He will also help strengthen contacts between Minds&More and the Private Equity and Corporate Finance players in these sectors. We expect to soon open an office in East or West Flanders,” said Myriam Vangenechten, Minds&More Partner.
