Ilse Josson
Ilse is a Client Manager. She partners with senior executives to connect organisations with freelance and consulting talent across Marketing, Sales, Communication, Finance, HR, Operations, C-level leadership and transformation projects.
With more than 20 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Business Economics, Ilse brings a broad background in audit, finance, operations, interim management, project sourcing and education. Her career includes roles at KPMG, Bombardier, Sanofi and Robert Half, as well as several years in education, where she lectured in accounting, economics and business management to students with visual impairments or autism.
Ilse later returned to the entrepreneurial world of interim management before joining Minds&More in 2025. Clients value her structured, discreet and results-driven approach, as well as her ability to build trusted long-term partnerships that create immediate impact and support sustainable growth.
