Sofie Van Espen
Sofie supports clients with interim assignments across the organisation, with particular expertise in Finance, Operations and General Management. Clients value her commercial insight, structured way of working and ability to understand the needs of family-owned businesses, scale-ups, listed companies and multinationals.
Sofie joined Minds&More in February 2025 as Client Manager. She brings nearly two decades of experience in business development, key account management and people management, supported by a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Finance from KU Leuven.
Before joining Minds&More, Sofie held a senior leadership role at an interim management firm, where she led office operations and managed the full cycle of interim assignments. Earlier in her career, she held strategic business development and key account roles at WEngage, De Tijd and bpost, building lasting relationships at C-level.
