Sven Asselbergh
Sven joined Minds&More in July 2023 as Managing Partner, bringing more than 30 years of experience in general management, business development, finance and HR. With an MBA and a career shaped by both corporate leadership and professional services, he combines strategic insight with a strong understanding of organisational performance.
Before joining Minds&More, Sven spent 25 years at Deloitte, where he founded, led and successfully grew an outsourcing service line of in-house finance and HR consultants.
At Minds&More, Sven supports clients with interim projects across Finance, HR and General Management, working with scale-ups, family-owned businesses, listed companies and international organisations. Clients value his open communication, strategic insight and hands-on mentality. He is known for bringing clarity, structure and momentum to complex business challenges, combining a pragmatic approach with a focus on helping teams and projects move forward with purpose.
