Client Manager NL

Key responsibilities

You will actively contribute to our growth in the Netherlands. You will build and develop your own client portfolio and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You will translate commercial opportunities and client needs into concrete solutions that deliver real value. You combine strong commercial drive with a sharp understanding of organisations and the challenges they face.

Commercial:

• Build and develop your own client portfolio, focusing on profitable, long-term relationships
• Proactively engage with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders within your market
• Identify growth opportunities and translate them into concrete solutions for clients
• Convert new leads into long-term partnerships
• Work daily within an active network of clients, candidates and colleagues

Execution:

• Conduct candidate interviews as part of the placement process and actively maintain your network of interim professionals
• Take responsibility for finding the right match between interim manager and client
• Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve quality and the client experience

Your profile

• You take initiative, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and are energised by building relationships and achieving commercial results. You combine a commercial mindset with a genuine interest in people.
• Proven commercial experience, preferably within professional services, consulting or staffing
• A strong network in the Netherlands, or the ambition and ability to build one quickly
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative and are results-driven
