What were the challenges?
The COVID-19 pandemic pushed companies to become more creative and active online. As a result, companies have redirected their focus to improving their presence online to engage better with clients and prospects and our insurance company client was no exception.
The insurance company also wanted to transform some of their informative events online which makes brand positioning online an aspect to focus on for this project. In order to do so, the insurance company needed an expert in social selling, someone who can manage and build brand community and create content that speaks.
