What will you do?
As a Talent Manager, you play a key role in the success of our projects. You match the right interim professionals to our assignments across General Management, HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Project Management. You proactively search the market to expand our network of interim professionals and contribute to the continued commercial growth of Minds & More in Belgium, where we have been active since 2009.
Your responsibilities at a glance:
- Immerse yourself in the labor market and roles within our domains.
- Understand what drives candidates and where to find them.
- Maintain oversight of your talent pool and keep our system accurately up to date.
- Discuss new assignments with the Client Manager and define the approach together.
- Ensure that qualified candidates are promptly presented to the Client Manager, as interim assignments are often ad hoc.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and produce compelling reports.
- Manage a robust pool for both prospective profiles and ongoing projects.
- Build a relevant network within your field through events, contacts, and digital platforms.
What do you bring?
- You are a strong communicator, results-driven, and well organized.
- You have relevant experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent management.
- You have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You understand the dynamics between client and candidate.
- You enjoy working independently and thrive in collaboration.
- You are a native Dutch or French speaker, speak the other national language fluently, and communicate professionally in English.
