MINDS&MORE respects your privacy

  • To assess whether you are a suitable candidate for a job

When you apply for a job through our website or in any other way, and to assist you in finding the appropriate job/assignment, we process your personal data through your CV and the registration process. This includes, among other things:

  • Identification data such as name, email, address, telephone number, date of birth, address
  • Professional training data such as CV, cover letter, career history

This data is processed for the purpose of contract performance or on the basis of your explicit prior consent.

You are a contractor or freelancer who performs an assignment for one of our clients through Minds&More, then we process, among other things:

  • Identification data such as name, email, address, telephone number, date of birth, address
  • Professional training data such as CV, cover letter, career history
  • Financial data (account number)

This data is processed for the purpose of contract performance or on the basis of your explicit prior consent.

You are or represent a customer or supplier of Minds&More, then we process, among other things:

  • The contact details you provide us such as name, email address, telephone number
  • Your financial data

This data is processed for the purpose of contract performance or on the basis of your explicit prior consent.

ARTICLE 4: HOW DOES MINDS&MORE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Minds&More has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data against loss or any form of unlawful processing.

Minds&More has established an information security policy and has taken physical and electronic measures in accordance with that policy.

ARTICLE 5: WHO ELSE RECEIVES YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data will be shared with third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.

Your personal data (including your health data) will not be transferred to any recipient located outside the European Economic Area unless this is necessary for the performance of the contract. In this case, Minds&More provides appropriate safeguards (such as anonymizing personal data) and signs a model contract of the European Commission with the relevant partner, which is bound by the strict requirements imposed by Europe. Only under those strict conditions will your personal data be processed.

Minds&More will not sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise commercially make available your personal data to third parties, except as described in this Privacy Statement or unless with your prior consent.

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary. Personal data of customers/prospects or candidate project managers or employees will be kept as long as they are considered relevant for providing our services or filling in an application.
